Project information and the Hidden Impact Prints

Return to projects and prints

These prints were produced as part of a collaborative site-specific installation that was exhibited on the railings of Great George Street in Bristol. The installation was one of the venues of the HIDDEN IMPACT art trail held in Bristol this September, where artists installed their work in the public spaces of Bristol city centre. The project's aim was to explore the values around property by simulating and subverting conventional estate ageny placards. Collaborating with a fellow artist, Bess Frimodig, and in consultation with the residents and workers of Great George Street, a series of Fine Art prints were produced to explore the hopes, dreams and anxieties we all have in relation to our living spaces. Bess Frimodig and Anna Harley would like to thank the people of Great George Street for their enthusiasm and participation with this project- and for lending-out their railings.
